Correct choice is (b) False

The best I can explain: The chances of hazard increases due to a decrease in the size of combustible dust in the foundry. More particles in small size in a specific volume provide a larger area for combustion. The volatility of fine dust particles can easily propagate explosion by contacting ignition which might further cause dangerous physical injuries to the foundry workers.
