Which of the following is not the advantage of MOS gates?

(a) Low power dissipation

(b) Small size

(c) Good immunity to noise

(d) High switching speeds

This question was addressed to me in exam.

I would like to ask this question from Logic Families in division Digital Circuits of Analytical Instrumentation

Correct option is (d) High switching speeds

For explanation I would say: MOS gates do not have a high switching speed. They have limited switching capability.
