The correct option is (a) Truncated paraboloid

To elaborate: When a portion of the paraboloid reflector is cut off or truncated it is called as truncated paraboloid. Pill box provides wide beam in one plane and narrow beam in other plane. Cassegrain is a dual reflector antenna and Corner reflector is also a type of reflector antenna.
