What should be the noise figure value at which the effective noise temperature equals to room temperature?

I had been asked this question by my college professor while I was bunking the class.

My doubt is from Antenna Noise Temperature topic in portion Antenna Parameters – II of Antennas

The correct answer is (a) 2

Easy explanation: Noise figure F=1+\(\frac{T_e}{T_o}\)

Te=To(F-1)

 F-1=1

 F=2.
