My query is from Cylinder Head in section Engine Construction & Wheel Assembly of Automobile Engineering

Right answer is (b) cylinder head

For explanation I would say: Spark plugs are mounted inside cylinder head because it is consists of combustion chamber and sometimes valves(I and F-head) are also mounted.
