Which among the following does not affect the amount of fuel delivered?

The question was posed to me in my homework.

My doubt is from Petrol Engine Fuel Supply System topic in division Petrol Engine Fuel Supply System of Automotive Engine Design

Correct option is (d) Ignition timing

The best I can explain: The amount of fuel delivered depends upon the major factors like jet size, float level, and venturi vacuum. Whereas the ignition timing does not affect the amount of fuel that is being delivered to the engine via the carburetor.
