Which of the following is defined as the ratio of partial pressure and vapor pressure?

I have been asked this question at a job interview.

The doubt is from Partial Saturation Terminology in chapter Two Phase Gas – Liquid Systems, Phase Rule and Vapor-Liquid Equilibria of Basic Chemical Engineering

Correct answer is (a) Relative Humidity

For explanation I would say: Partial pressure divided by vapor pressure is called relative humidity.
