What is the mass of water vapor, if the mass of dry gas is 10 lb and humidity 10%?

My question is from Partial Saturation Terminology in section Two Phase Gas – Liquid Systems, Phase Rule and Vapor-Liquid Equilibria of Basic Chemical Engineering
