I'd like to ask this question from Foundation topic in portion Building Construction of Basic Civil Engineering

The correct answer is (c) Static and dynamic loads

For explanation: Machine foundation is used in industries, workshops, where there is machinery under use.  The static load includes a dead load of the machine and dynamic load (the working load). It should be able to withstand both these loads.
