I had been asked this question by my school principal while I was bunking the class.

The correct answer is (a) Diphenyl methane diisocynate

To explain I would say: In amine cured phenolic urethane, a tertiary vaporized amine is used to catalyze the reaction between polyether phenolic resin and Diphenyl methane diisocynate to give out polyurethane structure.
