Right choice is (b) False

Easiest explanation: A neutral flame is the one in which there is an equal amount of supply of oxygen and acetylene. A carburising flame is the one in which the supply of acetylene is much more than that of oxygen and an oxidizing flame is the one where there is ample supply of oxygen compared to acetylene.
