I got this question during an online interview.

I want to ask this question from Properties of Concrete in chapter Building Construction of Basic Civil Engineering

Right choice is (c) Higher strength

For explanation I would say: Higher the cement content i.e. lower the aggregate cement ratio, higher is the strength. It improves workability also.
