(b) Levelling screw

(c) Tangent screw

The question was posed to me in a job interview.

My question is taken from EDM topic in section Basic Surveying of Basic Civil Engineering

Right option is (a) Tripod

Best explanation: Total station is affixed on to the tripod. The legs of the tripod are extended/contracted one by one till the bubble is centralised.
