How many tests in the lab can be performed to get permeability of soil?

I have been asked this question in a national level competition.

My question is taken from Soil Properties in section Other Major Topics in Civil Engineering of Basic Civil Engineering

Right choice is (d) 2

The best explanation: The two tests are constant head permeability test and variable head permeability test. The constant head permeability test is done for highly permeable soil and the other one for fine grained soil.
