What is the correct way the segmentation program address is stored?

(a) name, offset

(b) start, stop

(c) access, rights

(d) offset, rights

I have been asked this question by my school teacher while I was bunking the class.

The query is from Protection in division Protection of Operating System

Right option is (a) name, offset

To explain: OS can retrieve the real address via looking for the table then making a simple calculation: address of the name + offset.
