If the resonant frequency in a series RLC circuit is 50kHz along with a bandwidth of 1kHz, find the quality factor.

The question was posed to me by my school teacher while I was bunking the class.

The correct answer is (b) 50

Explanation: We know that Quality factor is equal to the resonant frequency divided by the bandwidth.

Q=fres/Bandwidth = 50/1 = 50.
