I had been asked this question during an interview.

My doubt is from Estimate of Earthwork by Three Methods topic in portion Road Estimating, Sanitary and Water Supply Work of Civil Engineering Drawing

The correct answer is (c) Prismoidal formula

To explain I would say: Quantity or volume = L/6 (A1+A2+4Am).
