Best explanation: Floors of bedrooms shall be coloured and polished of 2.5 cm(1”)  cement concrete over 7.5 cm(3”) lime concrete. Floors of others shall be of 2.5 cm (1”) cement concrete over 7.5 cm(3”) lime concrete polished.
