Which of the following is first determined as oligomer?

(c) Keratin

(d) Hemoglobin

The question was asked in an interview for internship.

My question is taken from Tough Questions and Answers topic in portion Regulation of Gene Expression and Miscellaneous of Biochemistry

Right option is (d) Hemoglobin

To explain I would say: Hemoglobin contains four polypeptide chains and four heme prosthetic groups in which iron atoms are present in Fe^+2 state.
