Right option is (a) conformance

To elaborate: Conformance indicates the closeness of a calibration curve to a specified curve for an inherently non linear transducer. Hysteresis is  change in output with the same value of input but with a different history of input variation. The region in which the output does not changes with increase in input is called saturation.
