Right answer is (a) Wavelet bases

To elaborate: In multi-carrier wavelet packet modulation, wavelet bases replace the static sine/cosine pulses of OFDM. This technique provides higher sideband suppression. It also reduces inter-channel interference and inter-symbol interference.
