Correct option is (a) True

For explanation I would say: Difficulty arises by virtue of high temperature of the molten metal and its liquidity, spilling of the melt during pouring may freeze the roller conveyor. In the few instances when rubber conveyors have been tried, they were immediately discarded when a spillage of molten metal burnt the conveyors apart.
