(c) Slightly inclined with vertical

I have been asked this question by my school principal while I was bunking the class.

My doubt stems from Wet Process in chapter Cement of Concrete Technology

Right option is (c) Slightly inclined with vertical

For explanation I would say: The kiln is slightly inclined with horizontal so that the slurry coming from slurry tank can free fall with the gravity into the next process.
