The correct option is (d) Roominess

The best I can explain: Roominess is nothing but the feeling of spaciousness. The planning of room should be such that maximum benefit is obtained from the minimum dimensions of the room. For example, rectangle shaped room looks more spacious than square shaped room of same area.
