I got this question during an online interview.

My question is taken from Bonds in Brickwork topic in chapter Stone and Brick Masonry of Construction & Building Materials

Right answer is (b) Brick on-edge bond

The explanation is: Brick-on-edge bond is economical and as it consumes less number of bricks and less quantity of mortar. It has however not strong and hence easily is used for the construction of Garden walls, compound walls, partition walls, etc.
