From given below, which method for the dewatering of foundation trenches is portable and can be easily moved when required?

This question was addressed to me by my college director while I was bunking the class.

My query is from Deep Excavations in portion Deep Excavations, Pile Foundations and Caisson of Construction & Building Materials

Right answer is (a) Pumping

Easiest explanation: In pumping method, the pumps are installed along the foundation trenches at suitable points. The water gaining access to the trenches is pumped out. These pumps are portable so that it can be easily moved as and when required.
