My enquiry is from Types of Arches in chapter Arches, Lintels, Stairs and Formwork of Construction & Building Materials

The correct choice is (b) Four centred arch

For explanation I would say: Tudor period arch has four centres. It consists of two different curves and has the appearance of an ellipse at the haunches. The Venetian arch provides another illustration of this type of Arch.
