Correct choice is (b) Suspended scaffolding

Explanation: In Suspended scaffolding, the working platform is suspended from the roof by means of ropes, wires or chains and arrangements are made such that the platform can be raised or lowered. This type of scaffolding does not create any obstruction on the ground and it is the most effective as it always provides the optimum level for working.
