Which of the following are now Newtonian material which is time independent?

(d) Plastic

This question was posed to me in class test.

My question is taken from Definition and Basic topic in division Rheology of Dairy Engineering

The correct answer is (d) Plastic

To explain I would say: Non-Newtonian materials that are time independent are defined as shear thinning. They can also be shear thickening or plastic.
