Correct choice is (c) 482

Easy explanation: Hexadecimal to Decimal conversion is obtained by multiplying 16 to the power of base index along with the value at that index position.

(1E2)16 = 1 * 16^2 + 14 * 16^1 + 2 * 16^0 (Since, E = 14)

                                    = 256 + 224 + 2 = (482)10.
