When probability of receiving a symbol is 1 then how much information will be obtained?

This question was addressed to me in exam.

My enquiry is from Modulation and Multiplexing topic in portion Modulation and Coding Trade-off of Digital Communications

The correct answer is (c) No information

To explain I would say: When the probability of receiving a symbol is 1 then the information obtained is zero.
