For matrix A, B if A – B = O, where O is a null matrix then?

(a) A = O

(b) B = O

(c) A = B

(d) None of the mentioned

This question was addressed to me in exam.

I would like to ask this question from Operations on Matrices topic in chapter Basic Structures: Sets, Functions, Sequences, Sums and Matrices of Discrete Mathematics

Right answer is (c) A = B

Easy explanation: If subtraction of B from A results in the null matrix this means that A is equivalent to B.
