The correct choice is (b) (A’B+C’)

To elaborate: Given:  A’(A + BC) + (AC + B’C)

= A’A + A’BC + AC + B’C

= A’BC + C(A + B’)

= C(A’B + A + B’)

= C(A + B + B’)

= C(A + 1)

= AC.
