What is the formula for the magnetizing current?

(a) magnetizing current = total mmf * number of turns

(b) magnetizing current = total mmf / number of turns

(c) magnetizing current = total mmf + number of turns

(d) magnetizing current = total mmf – number of turns

I got this question during an online exam.

I'd like to ask this question from Specific Permeance & Calculation of Magnetizing Current topic in section Principles of Magnetic Circuit Design of Design of Electrical Machines

Right answer is (b) magnetizing current = total mmf / number of turns

The best explanation: First the total mmf is calculated along with the number of turns of the magnetizing winding. Then on substitution the magnetizing current is obtained.
