The Faraday’s law states about which type of EMF?

The question was posed to me in an interview for internship.

My question is from Maxwell Law in chapter Magnetostics of Electromagnetic Theory

Correct choice is (a) Transformer EMF

The best I can explain: The stationary loop in a varying magnetic field results in an induced emf due to the change in the flux linkage of the loop. This emf is called as induced or transformer EMF.
