What is the maximum electric field when Vbi=2V , VR=5V and width of the semiconductor is 7cm?

The correct option is (b) -200V/m

The explanation is: Emax=-2(Vbi+VR)/W

=-2(2+5)/ (7*10^-2)

=-200V/m.
