Correct choice is (d) All of the mentioned

The explanation is: Diodes are used to make rectifiers (full wave or half wave rectifiers are the most common examples), LED lamps uses diodes (diodes are generally doped for their use in this purpose) and logic gates can also be made using diodes using the fact that diodes are conducting only in the forward biased configuration.
