Correct answer is (d) h22

To explain: When the input terminal of a two-port device is open circuited in a high frequency T model, the input current flowing equals to zero. Hence the value of h22 = I2 / V2. The unit of this parameter is ampere / volt or mho. Hence it is known as output conductance.
