I got this question in an internship interview.

My query is from Coal Weighing Methods topic in section Steam Power Plant of Energy Engineering

Right option is (c) Load cell principle

To explain I would say: The operation is based on load cell principle. The load cells produce voltage signals proportional to the applied load. This system maintains high accuracy in measurement. Its performance is affected by temperature, noise, dust and humidity of the air.
