Correct choice is (d) Mechanical draught

Best explanation: In modern high pressure boilers, use of economizers, super heaters, air pre heaters reduces the exit flue gas temperature considerably. This results in increased chimney height, whose cost is not justified. By using mechanical draught chimney height is considerably reduced.
