What is the theoretical number of unit hydrographs for given basin?

The question was posed to me in an international level competition.

My question is from Hydrographs topic in division Hydro Electric Power Plant of Energy Engineering

Right option is (d) infinite

The explanation is: The number of unit hydrographs for a given basin is theoretically infinite. This is because there may be one unit hydrograph for possible duration of rainfall and every possible distribution pattern of rainfall in the basin.
