This question was addressed to me in examination.

My question is from Solar Radiation Measurement topic in section Solar Energy of Energy Engineering

Correct answer is (d) Pyrheliometer

To explain I would say: A Pyrheliometer is the device used to measure direct beam solar irradiance. Sunlight enters the instrument through a window and is directed onto a thermopile which converts heat to an electrical signal that can be recorded.
