In which Act, noise is included as an environmental pollutant?

My question is taken from Legal Acts of Noise Pollution topic in section Environmental Pollution of Energy Management

Correct choice is (b) 1981

To explain: Noise though not defined in any statute but it is included as environmental pollutants in Section (a) of the Air Act 1981. After this included noise is recognized as a kind of air pollution and steps are taken to control it efficiently.
