At what decibel instantaneous rupture of membrane happens?

I have been asked this question in an internship interview.

My doubt stems from Noise Pollution and its Effects topic in section Environmental Pollution of Energy Management

The correct answer is (d) 150

The best I can explain: Instantaneous rapture of the membrane occurs at the decibel of 150. Threshold of pain is caused at the decibel of 146. If the noise level increased to 150 decibels than within no time there will be an instantaneous rupture of membrane occurs.
