Who decides the term of the Member Secretary in the Central Pollution Control Board?

Correct choice is (d) Government of India

To explain: Government of India decides the terms and services condition of the Member Secretary and also for the chairman of the Central Pollution Control Board. Rest of the members shall hold office for a term of three years.
