Why hydrofluorocarbons are no harm to the ozone layer?

Right option is (b) Because they do not contain chlorine

To explain I would say: Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) are not harm to the ozone layer because unlike CFCs they do not contain chlorine in it. But they are greenhouse gases with a high global warming potential. Hence through Montreal Protocol fast phase down of high global warming potential HFCs are taking into action.
