Correct option is (d) NACO

To explain I would say: The National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) was established in 1992. It is a devision of India’s Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. NACO is the body responsible for formulating policy and implementing programs for the prevention and control of HIV in India.
