Right option is (a) Turbulent flow

Explanation: The Newton’s law of viscosity is not applicable to turbulent flow. According to Newton’s law of viscosity, for a given shear stress acting on a fluid element, the rate at which the fluid deforms is inversely proportional to the viscosity.
