Right option is (a) Treatment with hydroxylamine

For explanation: The cyclohexanone is converted into cyclohexanone-oxime by treatment with hydroxylamine because hydroxylamine act as a catalyst for this reaction. This is the second step for the synthesis of Nylon-6.
