Right answer is (a) pentagon, rectangle

Easiest explanation: Given a pentagonal prism is placed in projection plane such that the axis is perpendicular to horizontal plane. A pentagonal prism is nothing but pentagonal cylinder as per position given the front view and side view will be rectangle and top view will be pentagon.
